This notice covers the VoidMail product website, documentation and installer service. The live inbox demo has its own Privacy Policy. An independently hosted installation is operated by its owner.
Information used by these websites
Our web and hosting servers receive IP addresses, requested URLs, request times, browser information and response status when you visit. We use these records to operate the websites, diagnose problems and prevent abuse. The product and documentation pages serve their fonts and artwork locally; we have not added an advertising or analytics tracker to these pages.
Installer and license verification
The installer contacts the distribution service to obtain release metadata, verify a license and download software. The service processes the submitted license or purchase code, requested release channel, platform architecture, version and network request information. API logs record a short hashed license fingerprint rather than the full license value, together with the outcome, time and source IP. A valid request receives a temporary signed download link.
When marketplace purchase verification is configured, the purchase code is checked with the marketplace API to establish the purchase and item entitlement. Marketplace processing is governed by its own privacy notice. Keep purchase codes and signed download links private.
Support and recipients
Contacting us supplies the details in your request and your reply address. Requests sent through the demo contact form are saved in its private admin workspace. Our hosting, network, email and any configured marketplace providers process information needed for these services. Authorized team members use relevant records for support, security and legal obligations. Providers may process data outside your country.
Storage and retention
Routine web access logs on the current host rotate daily with 14 retained rotations; system and mail logs rotate weekly with four retained rotations. Timing can vary with server operation. Installer API records, support correspondence and private recovery backups are separate records and remain until removed under administrative procedures. They do not expire with a temporary inbox. We do not promise that a live deletion immediately erases an older backup.
Cookies and your choices
These static product and documentation pages do not require an account or set an application session cookie. Visiting the live demo uses its session and inbox-access storage as described in its Cookie Policy. Browser settings let you inspect and clear website data.
Rights and contact
Contact support@voidmail.in or the contact form for access, correction, deletion or other privacy requests. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to restriction, objection, portability or a complaint to a privacy regulator. We may request proportionate evidence that information concerns you. Never send passwords, recovery codes or a full license key in a public report.
We process information to provide requested services, keep them secure and comply with law. This page will carry an updated effective date when its terms change; material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
