These terms cover the VoidMail product website, documentation and distribution service operated under the VoidMail name. The inbox demo has separate Terms of Use. Contact support@voidmail.in or the contact form with questions.

Product and installation

VoidMail is software you operate on your own supported VPS. Installation requires root or sudo access, a dedicated receiving domain, the published system resources and inbound SMTP connectivity. You are responsible for your hosting account, registrar access, DNS delegation, provider charges, backups and use of the software. Guided setup creates the services and supported DNS records; it cannot obtain control of a domain you do not own.

Purchase and license

Use only the purchase link published on the official product website. Until a listing is available, the demo and documentation are previews and do not constitute a completed purchase or license grant. The license, price, item scope, support entitlement and refund process displayed at the actual marketplace or checkout govern a purchase. These website terms do not replace mandatory consumer rights or the license you receive.

A license or purchase code must be valid for the requested item and release channel. Do not share private codes, redistribute protected downloads or bypass license checks. Third-party dependencies retain their own licenses and notices. Contact support if a valid entitlement is rejected.

Support and refunds

See the Support & Refund Policy. The public demo does not create a paid support entitlement or uptime commitment. Custom development, managed hosting and installation services are included only when stated in the actual purchase terms.

Acceptable use

Do not attack these websites or the installer service, evade rate limits, forge entitlement, distribute malware or infringe others' rights. We may restrict abusive requests, remove access or respond to lawful requests. A restriction can be queried through the support contact.

Availability and responsibility

Documentation and examples describe the supported product at publication. Third-party services, networks and operating systems can change. Test an installation and keep recoverable backups before relying on it. Updates may require the documented prerequisites. We do not promise compatibility with every hosting provider or guarantee uninterrupted service.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, these websites and previews are provided as available. Nothing here excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms do not require mandatory arbitration or prevent access to a court or regulator available under applicable law. Contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern.

Changes and privacy

We publish revised website terms with an updated effective date. Material changes to purchased rights are governed by the applicable purchase contract and law. Our Website Privacy Policy explains processing on the product and installer sites.
